If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our products or services.

1. About Bunny Events

Bunny Events LLC is an event décor and balloon-design company providing customized balloon arrangements, event decorations, installations, and related products and services.

Our services may include, without limitation:

Balloon garlands
Balloon arches
Balloon installations
Balloon bouquets
Backdrops
Party décor
Event decorations
Grab-and-go balloon arrangements
Custom event designs
Delivery and installation services
Event setup and removal
Other customized décor and event services

Specific services available may vary.

2. Website Use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

Use the Website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems
Interfere with the Website's operation

Requests submitted through the Website, by telephone, email, social media, or other communication methods do not automatically constitute a booking.

Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and may change if event requirements change.

A quote may include factors such as:

Balloon quantities
Materials
Event location
Delivery distance
Installation requirements
Setup and takedown requirements
Event duration
Labor
Venue restrictions
Customization
Requested products or services

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quote is not a guarantee of availability and does not reserve a date.

4. Booking and Reservation of Event Dates

An event date is not considered officially booked until Bunny Events has received the required deposit or payment and the booking has been confirmed by Bunny Events.

Because event dates and installation schedules are limited, an inquiry or verbal discussion does not guarantee availability.

Bunny Events may decline an event or date at its discretion before a booking is confirmed.

5. Deposits and Payments

A deposit or payment may be required to reserve an event date.

The amount, payment schedule, and remaining balance will be communicated to the customer before or during the booking process.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Deposits are applied toward the customer's total balance.
A deposit does not guarantee changes to the original design or event specifications.
Remaining balances must be paid by the deadline communicated by Bunny Events.
Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
Bunny Events may decline to provide services when an outstanding balance remains unpaid.

Certain deposits, booking fees, custom-order payments, or other charges may be non-refundable as described in the applicable quote, invoice, order confirmation, or Refund Policy.

6. Custom Designs

Many Bunny Events products and services are customized specifically for an individual event.

Custom designs may vary slightly from reference photographs, inspiration images, color samples, or digital renderings.

Differences may occur because of:

Balloon availability
Manufacturer variations
Lighting
Venue conditions
Color perception
Material availability
Design adjustments
Seasonal availability
Installation conditions

Reference images provided by customers are considered inspiration unless Bunny Events expressly agrees in writing to reproduce the design exactly.

7. Colors and Materials

Balloon colors displayed on a computer, phone, tablet, or other device may not exactly match the physical product.

Bunny Events cannot guarantee an exact visual match between digital images, photographs, color charts, and physical balloons.

If a requested balloon, material, color, character, or other product becomes unavailable, Bunny Events may substitute a reasonably similar product after notifying the customer when reasonably practicable.

8. Event Location and Venue Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate event and venue information.

Customers must notify Bunny Events of any applicable:

Venue rules
Installation restrictions
Access requirements
Parking restrictions
Loading procedures
Elevator requirements
Security requirements
Insurance requirements
Setup windows
Breakdown deadlines
Restrictions on adhesives, hooks, tape, balloons, or other décor

The customer is responsible for obtaining any required venue permissions.

If venue restrictions or conditions prevent Bunny Events from completing an agreed installation, Bunny Events may modify the installation or services to the extent reasonably necessary.

Additional fees may apply when venue conditions require additional labor, equipment, travel, waiting time, parking, permits, or other services not included in the original quote.

9. Delivery

Delivery availability and fees depend on event location, date, time, order size, and service requirements.

Delivery does not necessarily include installation.

Unless specifically included in the customer's order or agreement, delivery personnel are not responsible for assembling, installing, hanging, securing, or arranging décor.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure that an appropriate person is available to receive the order when required.

If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, lack of access, lack of an available recipient, venue restrictions, or circumstances within the customer's control, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.

10. Installation and Setup

Where installation is included, the customer must provide Bunny Events with reasonable access to the installation area during the agreed setup period.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that:

The installation area is reasonably clean and accessible.
Furniture or objects that interfere with installation are removed or relocated.
The venue permits the requested installation.
Necessary electricity or other utilities are available when required.
The venue is accessible during the agreed setup period.

Bunny Events is not responsible for delays caused by venue access, other vendors, customers, guests, traffic, construction, security procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Outdoor Events and Weather

Outdoor balloon installations are subject to weather and environmental conditions.

Heat, cold, wind, rain, humidity, direct sunlight, moisture, and other environmental conditions may affect balloons and other décor.

Bunny Events reserves the right to modify, relocate, postpone, or cancel an outdoor installation when weather or environmental conditions create a reasonable safety concern or make installation impractical.

If an outdoor event must be modified because of weather, Bunny Events will work with the customer to identify a reasonable alternative when possible.

Additional costs may apply if a weather-related change requires additional materials, labor, transportation, installation, or removal.

12. Balloon Safety

Balloons can present safety risks, particularly to young children and pets.

Customers are responsible for supervising children and pets around balloons and balloon installations.

Balloons should not be intentionally popped, chewed, or placed in or near a person's mouth.

Broken balloon pieces may create a choking hazard.

Customers should promptly dispose of damaged or popped balloons.

Bunny Events is not responsible for injuries or property damage caused by improper handling, misuse, alteration, or failure to follow reasonable safety precautions, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Customer Responsibility for Rented or Loaned Items

Certain décor items may be rented, loaned, or provided for temporary use.

These may include:

Stands
Frames
Arches
Pedestals
Backdrops
Signage
Props
Centerpiece structures
Other reusable décor

Customers are responsible for reasonable care of rented or loaned property while it is in their possession or under their control.

Customers may be charged for loss, theft, destruction, or damage beyond ordinary wear and tear.

14. Damage to Property

Customers may be responsible for damage caused by guests, children, pets, venue personnel, or other individuals to Bunny Events' equipment, décor, structures, or other property.

Charges may include reasonable repair or replacement costs.

15. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the type of event, order, product, service, and timing of the request.

The applicable cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms may be stated in the customer's quote, invoice, booking agreement, order confirmation, or Refund Policy.

Customers should contact Bunny Events as soon as possible when requesting a cancellation or date change.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Additional costs may apply when rescheduling requires new materials, additional labor, delivery, transportation, or other expenses.

16. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased and the applicable Refund Policy.

Because customized event décor may involve materials purchased specifically for an individual customer and labor scheduled for a particular event date, certain custom orders, deposits, booking fees, or completed services may be non-refundable.

Where a separate Refund Policy applies, that policy is incorporated into these Terms.

17. Product Purchases

Products purchased through the Website are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities
Correct pricing errors
Correct product descriptions
Cancel orders affected by obvious errors
Substitute materials when reasonably necessary
Refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law

If Bunny Events cancels an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund of the amount paid for the canceled order, subject to applicable law.

18. Pricing and Taxes

Prices displayed on the Website may change without notice.

The final price for a customized event may differ from an initial estimate depending on the final specifications.

Applicable taxes, delivery fees, installation fees, service fees, travel charges, or other charges may be added to the purchase price where applicable.

20. Customer-Provided Content

If you provide Bunny Events with photographs, artwork, logos, designs, text, or other materials for use in an event or product, you represent that you have the right to provide those materials.

You remain responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for materials you provide.

21. Event Photography and Marketing

Bunny Events may photograph or record completed event décor for portfolio, marketing, advertising, social media, website, and promotional purposes.

Where identifiable individuals are included in photographs or recordings, Bunny Events will seek appropriate permission when required by applicable law.

If you do not want your event décor photographed or used for promotional purposes, please notify Bunny Events in writing before the event.

22. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, payment processors, or other services.

Bunny Events does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their applicable terms and policies.

23. Website Accuracy

26. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bunny Events LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your misuse of the Website
Your violation of applicable law
Materials you provide to Bunny Events
Damage caused by you or persons under your control

27. Force Majeure

Customers should first contact Bunny Events using the contact information below and provide a description of the issue and the requested resolution.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other relief where such relief is available under applicable law.

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

31. No Waiver

A failure by Bunny Events to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

Bunny Events may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Terms applicable to a particular purchase or event may also be governed by the quote, invoice, booking agreement, order confirmation, or other written agreement provided to the customer.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable quote, invoice, booking agreement, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and other written agreements or policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Bunny Events concerning your use of the Website and purchase of applicable products and services.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written agreement signed or accepted by Bunny Events and the customer, the specific agreement will control for that particular transaction to the extent permitted by law.
